We are hiring a high-energy, outgoing, polished licensed insurance professional to become the first impression of one of the top-performing State Farm agencies in the region.
You’ll work from our modern office in Windermere while helping customers throughout Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.
You’ll greet clients, answer incoming calls, assist with policy service needs, and most importantly — identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance products and coverage options.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients in person and over the phone
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with insurance needs
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during service conversations
- Schedule appointments and support office operations
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews
- Support marketing campaigns and community outreach efforts
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM activity
- Work closely with our sales team in a high-performance office environment
Requirements
- Active Florida 20-44 or 2-20 Insurance License REQUIRED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone presence
- Sales-minded personality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- State Farm experience is a plus
