RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and implement office policies and goals, while continually looking for opportunities to improve.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the agency.
- Train, coach, and assist agency Team Members.
- Assist with customer interactions on complex issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Several years of proven success in a local, community insurance agency.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- State Farm experience IS A MUST AND REQUIREMENT.
- MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE PROPERTY AND CASUALTY- INSURANCE LICENSE
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
- Ability to work in and manage a team environment.
- Ability to effectively train, coach, and assist Team Members.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
This is a remote position.
