As a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jeremy Jones - State Farm Agent, you’re the first point of contact in our agency. We are looking for fun and energetic bilingual front desk receptionist with customer service experience to join our award-winning team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual Preferred but Not Required
- FL Insurance License 440 or 2044/220 "Preferred but Not Required"
- Our ideal candidate must have a sense of humor and a passion for helping others!
- Someone who loves to smile, laugh, socialize with clients.
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Proactive in problem-solving with excellent communication skills to assist customers.
